Our Residents

Resident Services encompass more than just moving a resident in or out of their home.  It's about the lifestyle we help create while families are living at North Haven Communities. We will achieve this through our strong, experienced and accredited community-based management staff, all of whom are dedicated to the needs of their residents.

Our expedient move-in process means families will be welcomed to their new home by a member of our neighborhood team who will fully familiarize them with their new surroundings.

Neighborhood-based offices will provide residents with easy access to management and maintenance services, resulting in timely communication and faster response times.

Management teams work with maintenance staff members to address maintenance issues in a timely manner and continuously monitor the issues of each neighborhood. Maintenance requests will be available via this website or in our main office through a 24/7 call center.

Management will also help foster a unique lifestyle for their residents through various programs such as:

•Residents First® puts emphasis on organizing community activities unique to each neighborhood and family demographics.
•Kids First® is a series of events that help educate and entertain kids of all ages.
•SYNERGY® (Saving Your Nation's Energy) is an educational program for a variety of age groups which teaches consumption awareness and energy conservation through fun activities.
