The online maintenance request is for routine service only. For urgent or emergency maintenance issues, please call 907-356-7000 (follow the prompts). In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911. To submit a Permission To Enter (PTE) form for future online Service Requests, please visit your Community Office. A PTE form may be downloaded from our website to fill out, print, sign and turn into your Community Office.
What to expect when submitting an online routine work request
At the beginning of each workday, Online Service Requests are reviewed and repairs are scheduled. You can expect a response for routine Service Requests within three business days of receipt of submission and completed within two working days from initial response pending parts availability and complexity of repair. If you have a signed “Permission to Enter” form on file and have provided adequate detail for creating and scheduling the Service Request, no further action is required. A member of our maintenance team will be dispatched to your home to make the requested repair. However, if we require additional information in order to ensure the proper technician is assigned, we will contact you via phone or email.
