Gertsch Heights
Gertsch Heights is a neighborhood close to the main gate off Airport Road on Fort Wainwright for JNCO families. These homes offer heated one-car garages with tandem second car parking, spacious two-story designs, and large yards. It is close to post amenities, playgrounds, shopping and downtown Fairbanks. This community is the site of the first new homes on Fort Wainwright built during privatization.
