Bear Paw
The Bear Paw neighborhood offers two-story townhomes featuring bay windows and large yards for JNCO familes. It is close to all post amenities, playgrounds, shopping and downtown Fairbanks. Bear Paw was the first neighborhood on Fort Wainwright to have old homes demolished and new homes constructed in the Army's partnership with developer Lend Lease.
