Fort Wainwright

North Haven at Ft. Wainwright is comprised of nine beautiful neighborhoods. Neighborhoods in our South Post Community are conveniently located near Ft. Wainwright’s main gate, and feature new and renovated homes. Nearby you will find Arctic Light Elementary School, Bassett Army Community Hospital, the Child Development Centers, a shoppette and a gas station.

Our North Post Community includes Ft. Wainwright’s newer entire neighborhood development, Denali Village completed in 2001.  Bear Paw and Gertsch Heights in South Post have the newest homes built in 2010-2011.  The majority of homes on Ft. Wainwright were built within the last 10 years.
